1. Everything from my trunk was thrown into the back seat. A case of water was tipped in its side and one of the bottles leaked
2. Fuel tank was not full. It came in with full tank.
3. Car not washed.
4.car doesnt seem to be running right.
When it can in it was getting 32 mpg. Now its at 25mpg what happened?
5. I would like to talk to dealership General manager as well as district manager.
6. To my knowledga Gabriel Salinas was on vacation. Who was supposed to oversee this repair?

Hugo was great he got me everything I needed for my CRV and then I wanted to cancel my my oil changing contract because I only drive the car 4000 to 5000 miles a year I'm so far I've owned the car 2 years and had two oil changes so he guided me to the finance department and I don't know the man name that helped me but he did a great job too so far I'm very pleased with my Honda CRV thank you.
