I was talked into additional services and my bill went from around 160 to 810. So when I came back to pick up my car I was asked to wait as Kurtis was assisting another customer so I did. I proceeded to wait for an hour to check out and pay which only took a matter of seconds. When I came back to Kurtis he had completely forgotten I was there! I was so upset and he never apologized. Not worth my time or money.

I know its covid 19 right now but I still dont think it should take two and half hours to get an oil change. Especially since there are not as many appointment times listed and there shouldn't be that many people in the store.

had an appointment at 9:20 AM and waited 90 minutes to check in car and later found that they don’t have shuttle service. When I scheduled appointment yesterday, I chose shuttle service, but service manager Charlie mentioned today that wait time 90 minutes even with appointment and canceling shuttle service is normal. (Basically his tone was I can't do any do thing about it). So I waited another 2 hours and the service person texted that my car was ready. This wouldn't have happen if the manager were able to correct the online appointment system. After signing the invoice papers service adviser handed me the car key. I found my reverse parked (normally they don’t reverse park). Fortunately before getting inside the car I went to open trunk and found big scratches on the rear end of my car. I immediately called service adviser and he promised to repair on Tuesday. I went to manger and he said the repair take two business days and he can't provide loan car. This is the second time my car got scratched at this service center. I am more worried about the honesty of employees at this service center, definitely the employee hit my car during the service would have known it and intentionally reverse parked my car to hide. I am rally upset about the culture at this service center. On Feb 17 2018 I had similar incident at this same service center and was never fixed. At that time service adviser David Rosales hand written this on the invoice paper. So this time I asked Charlie to give me print out about today incident, and is attached with this email. He refused to provide me a loan car during he service. I tried to complain to manager Charlie and he mentioned that he don’t have a boss and I can’t complain against him because he is reporting to corporate. My car needs to repaired and I need a loan car during the service. This is completely unacceptable, I am really disappointed with how Honda cares about the customers
