Workers were rude, including receptionist. Was never told an estimate for the price prior to being charged. The number estimate was written in AFTER signature was obtained. Never told prior. Tony refused to wear a mask at customer’s request and told customer to walk away if they weren’t comfortable instead, even tho we were trying to go over the paperwork together. Manager Charlie was no help.

Was given a time frame and was never updated. So when I call the next day I’m told ac recharge machine is broken and they have to wait for a tech to show up with one. So now I’m told they might work on my car. Next day I call for answers and I’m told it’s currently being worked on. But never was I updated on anything. Also when I took it in I advise him that I had previously gone and a dye was added to my ac system and the condenser was leaking. I was then called to find out they found drips of dye on my compressor so they decided that was the source until I asked the tech if he took a look at the condenser and he said no so I asked to lift the vehicle and showed them where the extremely big leak was. After showing them I sensed the attitude change

Alejandro Luna went above and beyond to assist me in today’s vehicle service. I initially asked for the front and rear brake pads to be replaced, but Alex called me to inform me that the rear brake pads were still in good condition and there was no need to replace them yet. I really appreciate his honesty and because of that, I will always request Alex as my Service Advisor. Thank you for your honesty, integrity and professionalism.

Service writer was not very helpful. Absolutely made it seem like my wife doesn’t know anything. Since he is not the technician he should of got the tech manager to explain to us instead of making my wife look stupid. And at the end they decide that there was something they can do. Alex wasted our time.
