This is no fault of Kurtis I don’t think. It took 40 minutes to get checked in when I arrived. Way too long for 5-6 cars ahead of me. Then when I picked up my car I had not noticed till I got on the road that the car did not get washed as promised. It is for these two reasons and these two reasons alone that I stopped coming to your service center and started to go to wier canyon to get my car serviced. Came with an appointment and took 2.50 hours to change just oil ? .
Usually go Cerritos dealerships and they charge just $49.99 .I paid here $74.99 For what? Very disappointed never come back and never recommend anybody.
