Hugo was super helpful and took care of my warranty issue in a very timely manner and kept me updated throughout the process. Dealership was very helpful and got me a ride back home to my house and soon as the car was done I was notified to come pick it back and was back on the road.

I was told that my car was going to be washed after all of the service done today . I was even called by the service representative around 4 pm saying my car would be washed by5 pm. However, when I went to go pick up my car I was shocked to see that it was still dirty when I communicated that I wanted it wash. Which makes me wonder what other things that you guys are leaving out or not doing when my car is getting serviced. With all that being said thanks for not promising me what I was told I would get, I will not come back here ever again or recommend anyone to this location
