David was very helpful and did an excellent job! The only negative experience was waiting for over 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged by someone and I showed up a few minutes early to my scheduled appointment. That was pretty frustrating.

When I pulled up at 1:50pm, no line, waited over 10 minutes for someone to knowledge me and they did after they helped the guy that pulled in after me. Then I waited another 20 minutes before a service tech came out to do the rest. David seemed to be the only one assisting customers. Their were 5 other service techs at or near their computers and not assisting customers, David even ask a co worker to please get the guy that came in after me and no one did, he was waiting for over 30minutes to be assisted and this was with appointments scheduled. David did get the oil change done quickly and car wash.

I must say Kudos to Buena Park Honda. Six months ago I went for service and was completely miserable with the service for many reasons. I happy to respond to this survey with new outlook. It's quite apparent that since my visit in April, Buena Park Honda as worked really hard to overcome their challenges. Everything about service was top notch. Great customer service. It is so appreciated.
