Even though I don’t want to, Tony convinced me to go the proper route of getting my car checked to make sure the battery was the issue. He was more concerned with a long term relationship with me and my family than just meeting my personal request and all the benefits of why. I didn’t feel like he was trying to just take my money but make sure I spent my money well and was safe on the road. It was unfortunate to wake a dfind my car not turning over but I rather miss this one day of work than multiple days later. He was very kind.

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service that he provided. I called the Buena Park Honda dealership earlier in the day and I was given wrong information, that I could walk in with my car to get an oil change until 5:30pm so I left work 15minutes early to make it in on time. When I got to the dealer another rep told me that they could no longer help me since their last walk in was at 3:30pm but David stepped in and said that since I had been given the wrong information he would see if they can get my oil changed that day. I really appreciate David for going the extra mile to try and help me out. This has been the fourth dealership that I bring my car in for service and in terms of providing customer service, this dealership has impressed me and left me fully satisfied.
