I made an appointment in advance based on advice of my previous service provider, Alma, to get a tire replaced. I indicated that this was what I needed when I scheduled my appointment. Upon arrival I was asked the same questions by two different people who did not communicate with each other and did not read my appointment notes. Lack of communication was evident throughout the process. I waited for two hours only to be told that they did not have the wheel I needed and to come back the next day. When I expressed that I was upset about this, I was only given excuses. It is unacceptable to have appointments that you are unprepared for and to communicate so poorly to your customer. Also, the six foot social distancing was not maintained by my service representatives during most interactions. I felt like the appointment was handled incompetently and inefficiently and put me at risk for no reason. The following day when I came back the service was quick, but my service provider blamed the poor handling of my appointment the previous day on another team member, who apparently was leaving the company and got sloppy and lazy in her duties. I feel that this was highly unprofessional of him to say. All in all, I was thoroughly unimpressed by the service department team.
