While the quality of maintenance service was good, I am not satisfied with the long wait time to check my vehicle in for a 10:20 AM appointment. My father and I arrived on time for this appointment but it was close to 11:00 AM leaving the shop. We believe that walk-ins and late arrivals should affect those of us you make and keep our appointment. I hope this practice will not cause Honda to lose loyal customers.
