The vehicle was ready to go as she said the time will be ready. This is the first dealership that I have gone through for so many years that I had a wonderful experience with a service representative. I wish that there are more like her in other dealership.

My car had to get towed back to the dealer 2 weeks to the date of when it got fixed the first time. The first service representative Tony was not helpful and rude, causing the situation to escalate in angry. Alex, however was great! He overheard the interaction with Tony and came right over to assist us. He was friendly, apologized for the prior situation, and did everything he could to help. He kept the car overnight to triple check that there was nothing more wrong with the car then the battery which was greatly appreciated. He kept in contact with me throughout the process and explained everything along the way. If it hadn’t been for Alex, I definitely would not have returned to Buena Park Honda. Thankfully now, anytime I am in need of dealer services I will only go to Alex based on his professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness.

First of all my car was damaged while it was there for repair then when I went to pick up my car I found a container of marijuana and when I complained to the manager he’s response was “ it isn’t one of my guys “ even after I took a video and pictures to show him he still denied it. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE AND HOW THE SERVICE MANGER HANDLED MY EXPERIENCE

The check-in was improved in the sense that no one could cut in front of the other. However I did sit in my car for 30 minutes to check in even though I had an appointment which was frustrating. That being said everything else went smoothly and everyone is incredibly friendly and professional there.
