I thought my service provider was aggressive about the amount of things my car “urgently” needed. I knew I needed a new battery and an oil change, but I was not expecting to be quoted $1,600 worth of repairs after the inspection. I had to decline several times to stagger the repairs. Looking at the paperwork, the repairs were WAY more expensive than can be realistically considered. How can I be a loyal patron if my flexibility is being taken advantage of? I eventually managed to narrow down my repairs to spark plugs, an oil change, battery, and tire rotation for $750... which I still think is really steep. I will look elsewhere for repairs in the future.

My Honda Representative Joanne Martinez was awesome... that wasn’t the problem. I had a 10:30AM appointment and arrived on time. It took a couple minutes for anyone to acknowledge me, and they marked me in at 10:32. I then had to wait 20 minutes to have the representative get to me to process me in, which wouldn’t have been a problem, except I had another appointment and someone waiting to provide transportation. I think they were short staffed which wasn’t Joanne’s fault. She was very through, polite, and a pleasure to work with.
