No need to call back. Just waited 40 minutes in the waiting area after I got a text message from you guys saying that it's done. I saw Alma was heling other customer so I was waiting to be done. After she's done with that customer, she went outside and did not return for 40 minutes. My appointment was at 9 am and picked up my car at noon.... just for the damn oil change....Call me if you are okay with three hour wait for just simple oil change. don't tell me it's because of the multi inspection because I know what time it was done and sitting in the parking lot... So don't waste your time on calling customers for this, just keep your promised time with customer. Thanks.
