I have told everyone several times to please keep an eye on my interlock device because I need to constantly blow on it. I’ve stayed nearby for that reason so I won’t get a lock out. I could not stress how much I didn’t want to get a lockout for someone not paying attention to my device. Nobody listened and I got a lockout which I have to pay 100 out of pocket. Very unhappy with that.

Tony was very professional both on the phone and in-person. I was not expecting to need car service early this morning, however my alternator failed. I was lucky to get Tony on the phone & he helped me when I got to your dealership, he further explained the process and the findings. Tony also arranged shuttle service with an extremely nice man named Justo that enabled me to get to work in time for an important meeting and back to your shop before 5 pm. Although it was a stressful morning, both Tony and Justo made it easier to get through the ordeal of an unexpected big car repair.
