Joanne was quite helpful and professional during my visit. She got me through the process without any problems, and she performed her duties flawlessly. When I left Honda and it turned out that there was something still not finished with the car, after a quick call back, she met me right away at the service bay when i had to return the car, and she was able to get the problem fixed promptly and without delay. One of the best service I ever had. Been coming to this the Honda dealership for a few years now love the service that I was provide. Kurtis, Max and Oscar did a wonderful job of taking care of the issue that I had with my vehicle. They did a excellent job I cannot have it no other way I appreciate the help and the patience.
