Alma executed great job when I visited. She seems to be new to her work but she gets help from a colleague not to mistake for the sake of company and customer as well.
She showed her eagerness to get feed back from customer, which shows that she was confident she did best on her works. She did not want to lose opportunity to get evaluated.
She had all pricing info on her notes. She did not hesitate to show all your price so that I can compare it with street shop, which I need to do to save my even $1 cause I need to save $1 to live in my budget and taking good care of my Honda car.
