I was really happy with Andy and his customers service. It was busy and short staffed which multiple people told me it’s that time of year where everyone gets sick I understand. He was funny, sweet and informative. I initially went just for a oil change and tire rotation and realized I needed something else serviced and he was able to find a discount that could be used and it made my day. Waited for an hour for shuttle service and ended up taking an Uber home. Waiting list showed last signed on was at 12 and I signed at 1. Talked to advisor after half an hour and gave some excuse about having to drop off 7 people but that was not the case. As previously described, the person before me signed up at 12 and the person before that was at 11. Spoke to receptionist and told me advisors have direct communications with the shuttle driver but Andy didn’t even bother contacting them after my inquiry.
