The initial coupon I had from Vandergriff Hyundai emailed to me that very morning was refused. It was for a $29.99 oil change. Instead, a paltry $10 discount was applied to make the price $60. I then presented a competitor coupon from a nearby Hyundai dealership offering $25 off on any service $50 or more. I was originally told they could only offer me a $20 discount. When I mentioned their supposed acceptance of “competitor coupons” should mean that the coupon should be accepted for what it actually says, they finally agreed. However, I shouldn’t have had to fight so hard to get Vandergriff Hyundai to honor their own policies and coupons. It is also worth noting that even with the full value of the competitor coupon, I still paid $45 for the oil change which Vandergriff’s original coupon promised me for $29.99. It’s not the price that bothers me but the dishonesty

The only concern I have is that I went in for an inspection. During the service I was shown a list of additional services that I should consider having done, which I appreciate however, the last time I went in for an oil change I had many of them done. The list of items should have been checked against my account. I had to ask for the person to go check to insure what I had done the last time. The 2 systems either need to talk to each other or the research needs to occur before I am asked to consider other services and spending additional money.

The absolute best service I have ever received. Both he and his wife were amazing. They were so kind and patient with me and I was not nervous to handle my car on my own without my parents. I’m thankful to know they are there when I need to take care of something. If there is any way possible, they need a raise, a paid vacation, a new car, just something.
