Anthony exhibits a professional demeanor and calmness that makes him well suited for his job. When I had come in, I was a little frustrated by the person I had made my reservation. When I got there after driving 45 miles, the service reps could not locate my reservation. To make matters worse one rep said I had to split my maintenance and mechanical issues into two separate appointments and a courtesy vehicle could not be provided. That is where the service director and Anthony got involved and just got the work done in one visit.. They also stayed in contact providing periodic status on the work. I was there for six hours, but I expected that. But, most of all they treated me like my business and time were appreciated. That means a lot!!
