Since I purchased this vehicle, the customer service towards me has been garbage!! No one calls, no one emails no one does anything form this dealer ship, I had to find out about the recall when I brought my car a second time after being turned away the first time I brought it for an oil change because I was told you didn't accept no walk ins even though it looked like not a soul was there! I never received a call, letter, email, text, carrier pigeon to let me know the status of my vehicle during the recall procedure, I had to call myself and if it wasn't for the young lady I talked to I would have been really upset. My brother worked at your dealership and bragged and bragged about you and your customer service and I got to tell you IM NOT IMPRESSED!! So much I am seriously thinking about trading the vehicle for something else!! This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had purchasing and owning a vehicle with a dealership.

**** did her job. I was not satisfied with the process of getting my car fixed. When I called to make the appointment, that was difficult. Scheduling was problematic. Then to make an appointment, give you my vehicle, go without transportation for most of my Saturday and then the wrong part was ordered. I have to bring my car back. I am concerned because my car needed a part, no suggestions or reassurances were given about the safety of driving a car that needed to be fixed.
