Issues stated on the invoice were generalized and did not state what needs to be fixed. I had previous knowledge of the car having worn suspension but I was looking more of what parts actually need to be replaced. Also, “engine repairs” is said but isn’t elaborated. All in all, I was looking for and was told by staff that this would be a comprehensive inspection, but instead was a quick look over.

Evan coordinated with other team member to get the job done I greatly appreciate his professionalism. This Lexus, still has to improve their inter communication with other team members and clients to make sure that they make the best impression. For example this job was supposed to be done during prior visit, but I was not advised on time that this person was not available?! This time after the car has been washed, I had to initiate an inquiry about where the car was ?! They could have informed me that it was done?! Fine tuning is a must for your company to achieve realistically a 10 score.
