Nathan was great the only problem was the loaner car malfunctioned on the way back to the dealer and wouldn’t go more than 5 miles per hour. I turned it off to triy and reset but no luck

My service advisor called and left a message my car was ready and to come pick up before 5 pm Saturday closing. For some reason the service reps couldn’t locate my car so I did have to wait quite a long time (about 30 min) for them to locate it and pull it up for me.
Other than that I would rate service a 10.

Hassan is my my rep.. he is awesome! I know the dealership was very busy on Friday, dec 27th. But w/ a $1400 service my vehicle wasn’t washed. Sub standard to all my previous visits. I picked up next day , dec 28th and service seemed laxed.
