I have taken my car there twice and both times there has been paint damage from the washing process. I’m happy Lexus was able to buff out the damage, but it usually extends my wait time 15-30 minutes and it’s not the experience I expect from Lexus. Besides that, everything has been great and the service representatives have been amazing to work with. Just fix your washing process!
