I thought the woman working with customers (Mary?) was not clear in giving me directions upon arrival. She was a bit offhand at the desk when I asked what I was supposed to do. After I sat in the lounge for half an hour I had to get up and look for someone in order to find out why I hadn’t been seen yet.
It’s so important that the people out front - the first people a customer sees and is in contact with - are informed, clear communicators and are 110% on their follow through. This woman was not. I felt like she didn’t care one way or another if she was there or not.
On the other hand, my rep Tim Rau was great, moving my service along promptly. I was very happy with him and with the two young guys that drove me over to and picked me up from MV Mall.
