The service was conveniently scheduled and upon arrival was introduced to my service advisor, Evan, and given an estimated time of completion which was met. I chose to wait and was made comfortable in the lounge with refreshments. As always my sales manager, Ted Bokhari, noting that I had a service appointment came to the lounge to greet me and ensure my satisfaction with my car and services. In all the time I’ve been a Lexus customer Ted has made himself available to me for any need and with every service. It doesn’t get any better than this anywhere. It is an excellent dealership and each and every person ensures that standard of quality and customer appreciation is always the highest.

A minor service message issue that needed to be handled at the dealership and even though it took only a few minutes to resolved, Gus at the service reception said “since you had to come all the way here to solve a simple service message, let us at least wash your car for you”... and that’s why I always come back to Lexus.
