The receptionist was super rude when I called And asked for an update. She laughed because I misUnderstood her question. Also I made An appt at 6 am with the intention of my car being finished early. Mind you it was only there for routine maintenance (oil change)

Like what the heck?! Never going to south county lexus. I’d rather make the drive to Newport Lexus
