Your team gets a 9.9 for my recent visit. I made a schedule change and you handled it perfectly, thank you! I drive an RX350, my loan car was a NX and on the day I went to buy fuel I could not find the button on the dash to open the fuel door. I placed a call for assistance but did not get a reply until I was at South County Lexus, poor response time, if I did not figure out how to open the fuel door. (Note to Lexus Design Team; The interior Fuel Door switch is a Security Concern, with the switch on the inside no one can access the fuel fill opening to add anything that should not go in the gas tank.) Settings: The settings for my exterior mirrors and lights were changed but not returned to my previous settings. Communication; mixed review, I gave my Cell # for primary contact, I was in San Diego, my wife received a call from South County about my service appointment, she was 90 miles North of San Francisco. I like the Text Option, great function. Special thanks to Hassan for his coordination of my service experience and review of my extended warranty. My RX350 performs just like the first day I got it, thanks to the South County Service Team! Andy Kotnik
