Service was average.
My car was NOT washed as I had been told.
My car looked clean because I had gotten it washed and waxed about two weeks prior, I know it was NOT washed the day of service because the windows were DIRTY!!! When I called and spoke to someone named Rick, he rudely said
“Mam”, we don’t do a thorough wash and vacuum, it’s not a detail, it’s a just courtesy wash”, but I’ll make a note of it”. Two things. Don’t lie to me!!! even though I know car dealers are notorious for doing that and don’t talk down to me like lm an idiot .
Make this right if you want any further business from me.

I was immediately greeted as I drove into the service line. I was escorted into the building & was quickly met by the service personnel to explain the service to be done & singed the paper, was offered a loner car or the option to wait in the waiting room, which I chose to do. An hour & a half later I received my keys & was greeted with my beautiful & sparkling clean Lexus!!! Thank you! Oh, while waiting I purchased a lovely wrap from the boutique ????. All in all, it was a productive hour & a half!
