Great experience. Very happy with the service.

Didn’t like how there was no verbal feedback on what was done to my car. Even mentioning that “all went well.”would have been nice. Signed paperwork at a high counter in the hall...not even a desk. My hands were full and I had to find a place to put my things to sign the papers. Very unprofessional. This person, not the service guy that checked me in, told me my car would be delivered shortly. I waited 10 minutes outside on a cold bench. I walked inside to wait and was standing by the door so I could see out. Daven noticed I was standing there and opened the door And made me wait outside. I told him why I was inside. He didn’t care and practically shoved me out the door. I waited another 5 minutes. I w I lol not be back

My Service Mgr, Hassan, was the best I ever had at So. County Lexus! Very personable and professional. He printed out all my service records for me going back 4 cars since 2001 and explained the various services and when each would expire. He went over what today’s service would entail, gave me an approximate ready time and called me at that time to let me know my car was washed and ready to go. Excellent service all around. I brought my vehicle in on Saturday for a scheduled appointment. I wasn’t on true schedule, but showed my confirmation email and it wasn’t a problem. A few hours later, I was asked if i wanted to replace all four of my tires. After I stated I wanted to wait on the tires, I was told the Zaktek would be done and I’d be contacted when my car was ready. I tried texting for an update an didn’t receive a response. I showed up around 4:30 pm (a half hour before closing) and was told my vehicle was ready. After a few minutes, I was told there was a miscommunication and my car wasn’t done. I was offered the loaner car for Sunday and told my car would be done Monday. I called Monday and the woman I spoke with said my car should be done but someone would call. Again, no call back. I showed up again and was told my car was done, but because my advisor was on vacation, I couldn’t get my car back and was offered the loaner vehicle again. I appreciate the willingness to let me keep the loaner car, but it is not convenient to have to drive back and forth to the dealership when I work a full time job and have to shuttle two kids around to and from school and sports practices. I called today (Tuesday) and have not heard anything about the status of my vehicle.

Service representative was good. I just find it funny how they say your car will be washed and vacuumed before pick up and car was still dirty inside and dirt still on back windows. I’m use to the Dallas TX Sewell service and doesn’t compare.

Everything was handled so efficiently. I was in early eith no waiting. Hardly had time for my complimentary cappuccino! My car was finished much earlier than I expected so I was able to get on with my day. A very satisfactory experience!!!
