You guys are shady!!!! I’m never bringing my car here again. All of your negative yelp reviews are correct. I’m about to post mine as well. Tried to charge me for a wheel alignment when I was never charged the last 3 times! He was sneaky and without asking me if I wanted it, put it on my paperwork. Then was talking really fast so I didn’t really know what was going on. I just saw that the balance was 0 so figured it was covered because again, I was never charged before. First he offered to drive my car to my house then all of a sudden it switched to near his house. Ok fine whatever. So I have the loaner car. I meet him at night. He tells me he will call me tomorrow for my credit card to be charged. I didn’t wanna argue then. So I wait. I get home and realize that nobody washed my car!!! So if you didn’t wash my car, how do I know you even did a wheel alignment or anything? Especially when the tire pressure isn’t even on them? So when he called me the next day I was already about to refuse giving my credit card and I told him my car wasn’t washed. He said, “Awwww I’m sorry!! Next time I’ll have it full detailed! I’ll also close out your account and not charge you for the wheel alignment.” This is after he tried to explain what a wheel alignment is. Yeah I’m not stupid. But I don’t appreciate not being asked if I wanted that service! I’ve only had 1 guy I like there which is Hassan. Everyone else is cocky as hell! Including the douchebag I bought the car from.

Extremely dissatisfied about the Zaktak service today. After almost 2 1/2 hours of my PREPAID Zaktak services when I purchased my Lexus, my car was claimed finished and returned to me. BUT WITH TWO OBVIOUS SPOTS OF TREE ZAPS on roof not removed!!! I was told and “duped” to buy the Zaktak package because I was told that it would take care of ALL such problems. I would get regular Zaktak services and that in between services, I could bring it in anytime for treatment.
When I tried to make a Zaktak appointment, mentioning that I’d like to have the service ASAP because I noticed some gluey stuff on car’s roof, I was told the earliest appointment is on Friday, a few days later from when I made my call.
Question: What happen to your promise that I could have Zaktak problem solved right away?!
Finally, on your second effort today, the rooftop gluey spots were cleaned, BUT there is a black spot left behind because the tree glue was left on for too long and the clear coating (or paint) was damaged, as I was told.
Question 1 - I never scheduled a Zaktak application separately from regular service other than this time. It’s always done in same appointment with car service. I’m supposed to have the first appointment at 7:30 today. And I was on time at your dealership. If it takes 2 hours to do a Zaktak application, I wonder if all the previous applications were really done or just a complimentary car wash.
Question 2 - what exactly does the Zaktak cover IF not the gluey spots on my car. Please enlighten me.
Ever since I purchased the car I have been giving raving reviews to Lexus and the dealership. But the bad experience today really made me upset. Not just because I received some lousy service. But more so because I feel Ike I was betrayed my trust in Lexus. You want my opinion? There you have it!
