The customer advisor was very helpful, but the worker at the reception desk (the first person as we approach the entrance) was not knowledgeable to answer the simple question. As the result, I needed to drive back and forth for four miles. I wish all workers are knowledgeable about their products.

Isaaic was great, and I give him a “10.” But your automated feedback system needs a major overhaul. When I purchased my new Es300h last December from “JR” from your Mission Viejo store, I made multiple attempts to give him a 10+ review, but your “system” kept rejecting my comments. I discussed this with “JR” several times, and even called both your MV manager and Lexus headquarters to resolve this, since I really wanted to give “JR” my accolades. But I got no response from any of your “higher-ups,” and ultimately, JR very graciously told me not to spend any more of my valuable time to ensure he got a great rating from me, even though I knew how important it was for him. “JR” and the rest of your employees have all been great, and they have earned my loyalty, but you need to fix your feedback system so your customers are not frustrated in submitting their responses.
