I must say that South County Lexus has the most efficient service department of any auto dealership I have had experience with. Drew is always upbeat and he kept me informed and updated on my vehicle and explained what service would be necessary and the reasons for it. I received a call from him when my vehicle was ready for pickup and he went over everything with me when I arrived.
