I had an appointment and needed to be dropped off and picked up. A gal named Dolores took me to my appointment and I told her what time I need to be picked up and asked her if she could come back. She said yes but she never came back. After waiting for her for 15 minutes I called and was able to reach someone. They sent another person to come pick me up. Nathan apologized and I could tell he felt deeply sorry.
