I am a friend of South County Lexus. I am leasing my 3rd car from them. And have referred a friend who has leased two cars. This last weekend was not the best service I had received. First it took over 2 hours just to get my car washed. ( The longest ever experienced over the years.) No one was responding to my texts as to the status of my car wash. After I inquired in person, the interaction was not the typical friendly interaction I was used to. And no one even knew I had received a text and who was in charge of responding to it. I had requested to please top off my rear window washer fluid, since it was not done during my last service appointment. ( no big deal!) after I drive off my car I tested, and noticed they had forgotten to do it before returning the car. ( after nearly 2:20 hrs.) I circled back and Micheal was quick to take the car back and take card of it. ( he was the only one nice and friendly, the rest seemed a bit tired, or uninterested to help or even say something nice sorry for your inconvenience... ( again no big deal... but I thought management would like to know...)

9 out of 10. I did not have an appt. but the managed to get me taken care in about an hr. (and they were clearly quite busy). Everyone was friendly. My problem was minor but I was treated as though I was a valuable customer. Even the chai very good. I deduct 1 point because, while I was waiting, I rec'd a txt thanking me for 'choosing Lexus'. I wasn't sure if it meant my car was ready or was just marketing. It was just marketing. I recomend you save that stuff until after everything is complete. "Thank you for flying (name of airline here), we know you have a choice ..." blah blah blah. I had to close down what I was doing to go and find out. It's a small thing, but then that's why you're asking my opinion, right?
