Kristopher was a 10. He was great. I took the car in for the Zaktek treatment. When the car was returned to me, the inside was not touched. When I asked Kristopher, he said he has been told Zaktek is a one-time treatment. I bought my car at South County and when I purchased the Zaltek I was told it was once a year service. I remember this vividly as I was disappointed because my ES I traded in received treatment every 6 months at Lexus of Riverside. I am not happy about this change. It’s not right

They decided to repair the broken pipe and reinstall it. The car runs perfectly. Ronnie went above and beyond the call of duty. He gets a 20 on a 10 point scale.

Love the service however would appreciate it if they change the car settings, ( turn lights from auto to off, they should put it back to how they found it. Drove for a half hour in the dark tonight not realizing the lights were not automatically on. Just an idea.
