I was supposed to see Alex but he was on lunch so I saw Lily. Lily was not very friendly and I didn’t feel comfortable in her office. She was taking multiple calls, which I understand, however she didn’t tell me she was busy with other clients until I sat down and waited for about 5 minutes. She seemed to be rushing me, After checking me in she handed me paperwork and said thanks. I had to ask her how long it would take. Not good customer service.
