I had a bad experience at Lancaster Toyota they lied on the paperwork and did not rotate my tires so I decided to go to Santa Clarita Toyota. I told Lilly about my disservice at Lancaster and she went above and beyond to try to make sure everything was perfect on my car she had a great attitude and I will be coming back ,also the gentleman Ken at the service register sold me some paint he was amazing I enjoyed his uplifting quote on each of his business cards

My service advisor was great but I don’t think it’s ok that the mechanics have to lie about extra services needed in a vehicle to rip off a client! By
They recommended urgent repairs in my vehicle that are not needed just took my car to check and it was not necessary but I still replaced the breaks I have the parts that were just removed today and they are still In Good condition very sad that this happens since this is not the first time they do that to me!
