I took my vehicle in at 7:30am for a mini detail. There was only one other vehicle in the service line. I don’t know how full the bays were but it took them 6 hours for my car to be done. I reached out to Logan multiple times and it went to his voicemail. I asked the service receptionist if my car was done and she said it wasn’t taken in yet. A minute later, around 1:30pm Logan called and said it was completed. I picked up my car to see that all that was done was a wash on the outside, the inside was not vacuumed or wiped down. This is the third time that I have waited for over 4 hours for my vehicle to be done after getting service or the detail. There is no way that they were backed up for 6 hours just for a quick wash and vacuum. This service team seems to be super unorganized and clearly there is a lack of communication. I am fed up with how my past experiences have been.

Hello, a little confusing when dropping Car off, being this was our first visit. No one around to guide us where to go. Once we found Dean he was accommodating and thorough. The prices in the gift shop seem fair and reasonable. Cashier’s were friendly and helpful. HOWEVER…. my car was not washed after service was provided. I was very surprised by this! All dealerships I’ve ever visited, the car is always washed after any and all services. Including…Nissan & Honda :))
I would be interested to know if this is something that was missed today or is a customer courtesy wash something Frontier Toyota chooses not do? :((

My first ever service was quoted $700+ which is extremely expensive. It got down to $530 after eliminating some items but how can you justify such a cost? I won’t be coming back.
