When I finished paying, I wasn’t given any instructions about where to pick up my car. After a few minutes I had to ask a random employee. Even then I had to wait an additional twenty minutes for them to drive it up. Finally when the car arrived, no announcement was made to alert me. I had to go out and find my car on my own.
