Joe **** is a excellent service agent, really knows what it he doing. My only concern were at the time that I pick up my car the front hoop were open. Almost caused me an accident at the freeway. Just true person whose done the job need to be more careful.

Arshak explained the process and I felt everything was professionally done. There was a minor problem with a part damage he indicated frontier would absorb. He called me to follow up and all went well. I have two Toyota 4Runner vehicles. The one serviced was bought new from frontier in 2003. It has 250,000 miles.
