The pen used to sign at check out was not sanitized between customers. When I asked the cashier if it could be cleaned- she stated it was, however I watched the 2 customers in front of me use the pen without cleaning it . She then huffed, went to a cabinet, got a spray bottle and very dirty towel and wiped off the pen. Most other establishments do not require a signature using a shared pen during these times. And if they do I would expect it to be sanitized between customers.

I was satisfied with the service that Mr. Latorre, provided to me, in regard to my Toyota Camry 2010 model with the tires pressure light. I am very disappointing that my car with only 34.430 miles had the tires sensor going bad and so expensive to replace. I am no sure if I will consider in the future owning a new Toyota.
