I am not happy with the fact that I had to wait 4 hours. I don’t blame any particular person, but I think 4 hours is way too long.

It would be hard to say completely yes or completely no. I was happy that I got asame day appointment, I was told that they weren't all that busy so getting me in would be no problem, but then after I got there I was told that it would be at least 2 hours as they were so busy. Hard to have it both ways. It ended up taking 3 hours. It is always hard to have work done on a car when it costs so much. Always makes me feel bad.
