Took 30 minutes to receive my car, went to the nearest gas station and the battery died. Had to jump it. Not sure what Toyota did, but it had nothing to do with the battery.

Silly as this sounds, bringing my car in and just chatting with Val in her office was actually the highlight of my day today. She’s 100% genuine and honest, which feel like rare qualities in this world, and catching her at a time when she wasn’t slammed with customers meant that she had a few minutes to just chat about how things have been going, and I told her what I’d been up to, and it was just like catching up with a friend, and not dealing with what should be a dreaded hassle of bringing my car in for service. Despite it being a fairly involved job, she got me in and out in the same day, even though I didn’t bring the car in till almost 3pm. Amazing! Val is the reason I continue to bring my car to Frontier Toyota!

I would’ve been completely satisfied if the Frontier Toyota service team would have vacuumed my van’s interior before returning it to me. A quick wash of the exterior would’ve been appreciated as well. I’m not asking for the vehicle to be “detailed” just cleaned and inspected inside as well as under the hood and undercarriage. Thank you for rotating my tires.
