Gustavo was very professional and trustworthy. My only concern is about the installed Karr alarm that I purchased. I was not given any paperwork such as operator’s manual. And there’s conflicting sides on the alarm light. One told me it has a blue light and someone else told me it comes with a green light. If I can, I want a refund for the alarm. I’m not satisfied or happy with it.

When we turned our car in for service, we then had to run errands somewhere else but we were told that there was no shuttle we missed our time to run errands and we had to walk in the heat back home. I am very disappointed. Also the car only had 1,185 miles on it so there was no need for service but we were still told that the service was necessary. Still very disappointed. When it was time to come pick up the car we had to walk in the heat back to the Toyota dealership because again there was no shuttle to pick us up. Very unsatisfied.

The dashboard noise wasn't addressed completely. I was told to leave it there overnight so it could be checked first thing in the morning when it was cooler outside. It wasn't checked until approximately 11 AM when I texted Alex to check on the status. They apparently took it for a test drive and never heard it rattling because it was already hot outside. Dashboard rattle happens in cool temperatures. We had no choice but to pick it up. Alex must have been at lunch when we arrived. On our last maintenance visit we brought up this same issue but we were told they didn't have time to look at it because it was a Saturday and they were just too busy.
