I’ve been coming to Frontier for almost 20 years for servicing my Toyota cars and this was my worst experience. I usually come and wait for the servicing and usually the service rep. tries to get me out and on my way ASAP. This time I was greeted with well you came on the worst day it’s probably going to be 3 or 4 hours. And he didn’t disappoint. If I hadn’t gone to his office I think I ‘d still be there.

Multiple times I had to initiate the status update on my car. I felt as though I would never hear unless I called. Also he told me the car was done and ready and the repainting wasnt even initiated yet. Overall very poor customer service

Oil change took an hour and after I left, my vehicle still said that “Maintenance was required” on my vehicle. I had to call back and then drive back to the Service Center and provide an EXPLANATION AND PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION to the gentleman attending people even though he had seen my vehicle 30 mins earlier. I’m to Toyota care because I always have bought Chevy and I understand why my vehicle wasn’t washed during my visit, but it really seems like your maintenance folks are working halfass. I really hope this isn’t the case after everything becomes normal again.

I have complete trust in your employees. I needed my windshield replaced over the weekend in order to return to work on Monday but that was not possible until Monday. I had it replaced, the quality remains to be seen. I would like Toyota to have more recommended shops to price for these moments. I want to continue doing business with you. These are difficult times and turning my car to a cheaper mechanic is not easy.

Thank you for implementing Covid safety measures. EXCEPT, when I was leavin, there was a group of men next to the cashier. Standing too close and one (y’all, blondish hair) was not wearing a mask.
Service personnel were awesome! Would not let me near my car until he had thoroughly wiped it down. Carlos is always a delight.
