When my husband dropped off the truck he told the service advisor that there was a clicking noise in the seat. He dropped off the truck at 7am. The service advisor didn't call him to pick up the truck, and he called and left messages asking if the truck was ready. So when he got off from work after 4pm we drove to the dealership to see if the car was ready, which she claimed it was. But today we noticed that the driver's seat still had the clicking sound that we had complained about. Completely unsatisfactory all the way around

Jack was great but the seat belt sensor is not working properly and the technician wasn’t understanding the problem that needed to be fixed. Our car is only a month old and the seat belt sensor not working properly is a safety issue. Jack is suppose to get back with us in a week but this safety issue needs to be fixed correctly.
