Need a shuttle service, I lived in San Bernardino
And bought the car at Frontier Toyota of San Bernardino
One of the poorest cities in California and they have a shuttle
service . Especially when an oil change takes an hour 1/2 .

I took my truck in, 2 months after purchasing it, it only had 980 miles, because when the security system was installed the traction control button was somehow disconnected. What I was confused about was I thought all services get vacuuming and a wash. Mine received neither. I just expected better service.

None of the service was explained to me. He just said it’s all done and boom, go to the cashier. It said on my sheet that I may possibly need an air filter and during Covid 19, I would be interested in changing it...also, wanted to buy customer care plus since I used it all up, and no mention of it.
It’s not only him, but a little more explanation on what has to be done or what was done should be conveyed by all your service representatives. Thank you.

Alex was very friendly and very helpful. Got me checked in quickly and when there were more repairs needed he called me and explained what needed to be done. When the price was a little high to get everything done, he told me what was needed and what could wait. Great experience all around.

I was told that the car would be ready in an hour to an hour and a half. It took over 4 HOURS to complete. I couldn’t find my service advisor for over about hour and he didn’t even tell me that he would be gone for that long. He should’ve let his customers know and perhaps asked his colleagues to answer questions in his absence. I’m very dissatisfied and irritated. He didn’t even offer to apply some discount since it took 2.5 - 3 hours LONGER.
