Jack was extremely knowledgeable and quickly assessed our past maintenance records before contacting us for consultation. Additionally, he was very familiar with the current module failure mode. It was nice to work with a person technically able to describe the root cause. He immediately gained my confidence in his recommendations for services. He went a step further to prioritize the work knowing our position of being out of town customers and accomodating our circumstance. The time estimated was “about an hour and a half.” I was there for almost 3 hours and wasn’t updated or contacted to let me know it would take longer when my advisor knew I was waiting. Later, when she did finally call me, she asked if I was there (at the dealer). When I came in, she made light of the whole thing saying she forgot who was waiting and who wasn’t. There was no acknowledgement of how much longer it actually took. I even checked with the cashier and all she told me was it was “getting close.” I also tried to text the number that text me a welcome, which said please free to REPLY with questions. When I did, there was absolutely no response. Then I called the number listed on the text (not the text number itself), and there was no answer. I don’t think I’ll ever come back here again and would not recommend the service department. In the two years I’ve used it, I’ve never waited less than an hour and a half. I understand that with everything going on, it would take longer, but if the estimate was way off. I should have been contacted. Other dealers have done that, a simple text or a call. 3 hours! I had somewhere to be at around noon, and I had to postpone because I would not have made it in time. I didn’t realize I had to clear my whole morning for an oil change and tire rotation and whatever else the service included.
