I took my vehicle in so frontier could fix a mistake they made the last time they serviced my car and was still charged full price. I feel this should have been a courtesy considering they over tightened my oil canister cap so tight it damaged my tool and I still couldn’t get it removed. This particular cap is only supposed to be torqued to 20ft lbs but I couldn’t even break it loose using a breaker bar. Needless to say I think you guys lost a 5+ year customer over $60 oil change.

In these trying times In dealing with the covid virus, Jack was very funny and helpful. I was hesitant to come in because of the covid virus and money being tight, but Jack said he would work with me on the labor. If it were not for his comments, I would most likely not have come in for the work. I was very happy about the pricing and installation time. Your dealership is very clean. I did miss the free coffee you normally have, but I guess the virus precaution preclude you from setting it up. Stay healthy and I will see you at my next service.
