Last night the battery of my Toyota Prius C battery broke, in these trying time I was so stressed that I was unsure of what to do. My father and I immediately called the dealership where ms.Reynoso helped my situation. She was steadfast with contacting me, and ensured me that they would check out what was going wrong with my car. In the morning I received a few messages alerting me that my car had battery had died and was able to help calm my nerves. She was attentive and prompt handling my issues. I truly appreciated her help during these especially trying times.

I have used your dealership since 2003. I was very pleased with all of your service staff. They were well known to me and my family and we trusted them to treat us fairly. However, in the last year or two, you have had a complete turn over in service staff and I have not felt a complete trust in their recommendations for necessary service of my vehicles. I continue to use your service department for the sake of my connivence only. In fact I purchased Toyotas repeatedly because of my trust in your old staff. I think I may now consider Honda as my next vehicles.
