When I received my car back there was a bracket looking piece on the passenger side floor mat. I don't even know where it goes? It looks like it belongs under the hood. Don't know how anyone would consider this a good job? I was charged $150 for a diagnostic check and came home with extra parts INSIDE my car cabin. I did not bring my car in that way. This always happens when I come to frontier. That is why I stopped coming in for a long time. Only came in because the driver airbag was saying to take it to the dealer.

Only negative comment is at the end of my service I was told I had a torn stabilizer link. I asked 2 or 3 times in different ways to get more precise information on what exactly this meant and I felt that mr. La Vancil never addressed my questions. This will require more follow up on my part with another staff member who will hopefully answer me without an issues.

Thank you to Stella who coordinated the repair, the two gentlemen who came to my house, and the mechanic who fixed my only car. You were all such a blessing. My daughter and I were headed to the grocery store for the first time in 2 & 1/2 weeks for much needed staples when my Prius started to rattle and the engine light popped on. My heart sank and my mind raced. I didn’t think Frontier would be open during the quarantine, and without a car getting essentials would be impossible; however, Stella answered the phone graciously and professionally assuring me that she could get someone out later that morning. The part was in stock and covered under warranty. My car was fixed and back to me within 24 hours. I have been a customer for 25 years because your staff and your service have always been excellent. At a time when life is in such turmoil, you provided a true miracle for my family. While many of us are able to work safely from home, you are risking so much. Thank you for serving our community.
